What is PVC(vinyl) fence?
In China, we call PVC fence, in some countries like US call vinyl fence.whatever, the material is same, PVC fence is made of PVC profiles. We use virgin PVC powder to produce PVC profile by extrusion line.
Where install PVC fences?
PVC fence used in gardening, farming,road security.in Australia,UK people mainly use wooden fences and rails, but in USA, PVC fences has already developed for 30 years where PVC fences are widely used.the market is very huge and it is on a 30% increasing year on year.
How strong is it for farm use?
It has five times the tensile strength of wood and four times the flexibility. It flexes under load making it strong enough to safely hold cattle and horses. we use impact modifiers to make our fence strong and forgiving for horses and riders as well as other farm animals.
Can I install it myself?
The installation is very simple and easy, we usually provide a standard installation guide, but If you can use a level, a tape measure, and post hole digger and a string line - you can do the job yourself.
How does it compare to wood?
It is stronger, lasts much longer, safer, looks better, and costs much less over time. It can cost the same as or more than wood initially depending local wood prices, type of wood and style of fence or deck but over it's life it is about one third of the cost.
How do you set the posts?
The posts are set in concrete in the ground from 24 to 36 inches deep and in some cases cement is put inside the posts with re-bar for exceptional strength.
Do I need to repaint it?
Customer use wooden fence might repaint the fence each year, so they always ask the same question"do I need to repaint it". The answer is "no". PVC fence never need paint.
Will it discolor or become brittle over time?
We warrant a 10 years no brittle for colored fence for white color. 15 years time free of maintenance. Because our Vinyl fence use a superior durable grade and high content (10 parts per 100 parts) of non-chalking TiO2(titanium dioxide) and ultraviolet inhibitors that protects the vinyl (PVC) from the harmful effects of the Sun's UV rays. As long as your fence is kept clean, with a periodic wash from a garden hose, it will not turn yellow. As a result, we can assure our products with a lifetime warranty against yellowing.

All parts will be packed and delivery separately. Customer need to assemb before installation.
What would be the minimum quantity?
As we are manufacturer,we do not accept small quantity,usually our minimum quantity is 1x40¡¯HC container.
What would be the delivery time?
The delivery time is between 20-30days depends on order quantity and fence model.
