The SUNTOP TF model barricade is ideal where high quality, attractive and durable crowd control is required. Built to proven design standards, SUNTOP TF model is built from high-quality carbon steel and is hot-dipped galvanized inside and out to ensure long-term weather resistance.

All SUNTOP TF model frames are made from durable 38mm out diameter, 1.6mm thickness steel tube. while uprights are made from 13mm out diameter 1.2mm steel tube. Uprights are fully inserted into the frame before welding, providing extraordinary strength.

Choose from two foot systems: a detachable bridge foot or a detachable flat foot. Barricade interlock using the industry standard hook and half-loop fastening system.

Material:

Hot rolled Steel tube.

Main Frame:

Outside perimeter (main frame) is made of 38mm diameter galvanized steel tubing, minimum 1.6mm thickness. The outer frame is a single length of tubing without welds or deformation. Pipe is bent at right angles with a minimum of smooth deformation. Horizontal and vertical bars are at right angles to overall frame.

Grill:

19 equally-spaced bars inside vertical members, made of 13mm out diameter galvanized steel tubing, minimum 1.2mm,. 19 interior bars are 110mm apart, O.D. to O.D.

Locking:

Male-Female interlocking ends. Units join and unlock at one position (30 degrees). Male interlocking device is a minimum 16mm diameter rod welded through main frame at both ends.

 

Male/Female connections have enough clearance to allow for uneven ground, a minimum of 13mm on top and bottom when connected.

Feet:

4 optional available as above.

Finish:

Entire panel is hot-dip zinc-galvanized after welding (not spraying, not use galvanized tube wleding then spraying zince on welded points). Every barrier is filed after galvanizing so that burrs from galvanizing are filed smooth and there are no sharp points.

Antoher finishes:

powder-coated black, powder-coated orange or other color.

Remark:
1)The above described is our standard size, OEM difference size is welcomed.
2)FT-01,02 mobel foot can be made separated which will make delivery and maintenanace more easy. we can also provide welded foot.
